Setting Up

Step 1: Create an Account

The first step is to create an account. You can contact by calling 1-888-323-4289 or by filling out their online application. The steps you will need to take will vary depending on your situation. Once your account is created and you have your username and password, you can proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Obtain a Transaction Key

  1. Log into the Merchant Interface at
  2. Select Settings under Account in the main menu on the left
  3. Click API Login ID and Transaction Key in the Security Settings section
  4. Enter the secret answer to the secret question you configured when you activated your user account
  5. Click Submit

Step 3: Setup Your Store

Once you have your Transaction Key you will need to enter it into Store-Logic:

  1. Once your account has been finalized you will be sent an API Login name and API transaction key. Record these for entry into your store admin.
  2. Go to the "Payment" section of your store admin in the "Operations" menu.
  3. Make sure that the icon next to is green indicating that is the active payment gateway.
  4. Click on the gear icon for to view the admin screen.
  5. Please enter the API credentials from step one into the boxes on this page. Be careful not to include any extra spaces or characters.
  6. When finished click "Update API". Your payment gateway is now ready to be used.

Step 4: Take your account out of Test Mode

In some instances your account will be in "Test Mode". When you log into your account, you will see a message on your homepage telling your account is in Test Mode. If this message appears, follow the onscreen instructions to move your account into "Live Mode"
