CMS-Logic managers can create intranet pages to share information and files with users on the intranet dashboard. The intranet pages interface is a simplified version the navigation interface used for our website content management system.

Note: You must have security permission to edit intranet pages.
Pages contain content (text, images, files) that will appear to the user in a pop-up.
Files are a simple link in the intranet pages navigation that the user can click on to download.
Links appear on the intranet pages navigation and when clicked go to external web pages.
Stub links are used to create navigation levels without the need for content. See the example below, "Employee Resources" is the main topic, but we don't need that link to actually do anything. When a user hovers over it, they will see the links, files or pages as a dropdown.
To edit a page simply click on the edit link as shown below.
Once editing a page there will be 3 tabs available
This tab simply allows you to enter content and upload files via the media library. Use "Secure Upload" rather than the media library for sensitive documents. Why?
Edits the relationship with the intranet pages navigation (Where it appears). See managing the navigation for further explanation.
Upload files securely so they can't be intercepted by someone who isn't logged in to the system.
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page when you have finished entering content
A. Sort Order
As the name suggests, this number determines how an item is sorted. You may change sort orders to any integer and click the "Update Sort Order" button at the bottom of the page. Sort order is only relative to the branch the item is in. For example, consider the sort order's below:
It is important to take from this example that changing the sort order of "First Page" or "Second Page" has no effect on the order in which "My Pages" and "More of My Pages" is output. This is because they are on different levels of the navigation. Furthermore, the sort order of "First Page" has NO effect on "Another Page" because they are on different "branches" of the navigation.
B. Edit Navigation Relationship
Clicking the name of the item will bring up an interface to edit the "what and where" of the item in relation to the navigation. You can change everything needed for "Files" and "Links" by clicking this link, but for editing page content you will need to click the "Edit" button instead.
The parent page determines if the current item is located "Under" any other item. Assigning a parent page other than "Tree Root" will mean the item will appear in a dropdown as shown below.
C. Expand/Collapse Branch
The "minus" and "plus" icons are used to make life easier in very large navigations. You can click these buttons to show or hide the "child" items (AKA items underneath) of the parent item. Note that these buttons have no effect on your user screen.

This will edit the item's content
F. Activate/Deactivate Item
Clicking this button will activate or deactivate an item. An active item will display on the user screen, a deactivated item will not. This is useful for developing content without actually allowing anyone to see it until you are done.
G. Remove item from navigation
This icon will remove the item from the navigation. This will remove files and links, but pages that are removed will appear in "Unassigned Pages".
Group assignments can be used to restrict view and edit access to certain groups or departments. These groups need to be assigned to staff members who log into your intranet for group permissions to work. Links and files can have "view" access set and pages can have "view and edit" access set.
