What are project task types?

Project task types are a simple way to categorize tasks within a project. Administrators can also add estimated time to the project task types for the "Task Type Time Efficiencies" report.

Where can I update project task types?

You must be an administrator to update project task types. Once logged in to your application, click the "Admin" link in the upper right of your screen. From this screen select "Task Types" in the "Project Management" section.

How do I add a new task type?

Once in the task type administrator, there will be an "Add Type" section on the right side. Enter the task type name. You may also want to add an estimated completion time to this task type.
