Reports

What are reports?

Reports cover both projects and tickets. There are two classes of team-logic reports. The first are system reports. These are built to answer common questions such as "What did this staff member do all day?" or "What are my oldest projects?". The other class of reports are "custom reports". These reports are created by the user to return all the projects or tickets matching the criteria selected.

Who can access reports?

To view reports the staff member must have the "Administrator" or "Report Viewer" security permission.

How do I access reports?

Once logged in to your application, select "Reports" from the "Team-Logic CRM" dropdown. This dropdown will appear by hovering over the "Team-Logic CRM" tab. From the main reports screen you will be able to view all reports or create user-defined reports.

  • Orphan Clients
Clients that do not have projects associated with them

How do I create user-defined reports?

Note these instructions are for projects, but a similar process will create ticket reports.

From the reports home page, select "add project report" from the header (top right).  From this dialog you will be able to filter your results based on a large array of criteria. You will also be able to select the fields the report will display. The final result will be a list of all projects that match your criteria. Numeric values will be totaled.
