Windows Mail

  • Open Windows Mail
  • Click on Tools in the menu bar and then click Accounts
  • Click the Add button to the right
  • Select E-mail Account and click next
  • Type in your display name (this is more like a nickname) and click next
  • Type in your Full E-mail Address and click next
  • Leave the Incoming e-mail server type as POP3
  • For the incoming mail server type in 66.173.240.6
  • For the outgoing mail server type in  66.173.240.6
  • Type in your username (without the @ce.net) and password then click Next.
  • Click Finish
