How to Change Outgoing Mail Server Authentication:

  • Click on Tools then click Accounts
  • Click on the Mail tab on the top
  • Highlight your mail account
  • Click Properties on the Right
  • Click the Servers tab on the top
  • Select My Server Requires Authentication
  • Click the Advanced tab on the top
  • Change the Outgoing Port from 25 to 587
  • Click OK
  • Click Close on the Accounts Window.
