How to Change your Outgoing Mail Server Authentication:
- Go to Tools, then Account Settings.
- Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) on the Left at the bottom of the list
- On the right where Server Name is listed, click on the server name to make sure it's highlighted, then click Edit.
- Select Use Name and Password (enter your email username)
- Change the Outgoing Port from 25 to 587
- Click Ok to close the SMTP Server Settings window
- Click Ok to close out of Account Settings.
