Table of Contents
Clients are users (people) external to your organization but are somehow related.
Examples would be mail-logic recipients, customers or project contacts. They share
almost all the same data fields as staff but can only log into the “Portal” to view a
restricted amount of information. Similar to staff, they use their email and
password to login. You can add and modify clients through the “Clients” tab. Any staff
member that is logged in to the intranet can modify client information. Clients can be
linked to one organization.
tab

Organizations are any entity that is “more than just a person”, usually a business. Many
clients can be linked to one organization (This link is made when adding / updating
clients). You can add and modify Organizations through the “Organizations” tab. Any
staff member that is logged in to the intranet can modify organization information.
tab

Clients and Organizations can be added after-the-fact and while adding new projects or tickets. If you have a low quality list you are mass-importing, make sure to add them to a group that identifies them as such.
