Note: You will need to be an administrator to use the import utility
Step 1: Select your import type
To get to the import screen click on the "Admin" link in the upper right of the screen and then click on "Import" under "Utilities". You will have to choose whether to import Staff, Clients or Organizations. There is also an option titled "Bulk Email Import".
* If the imported data needs to be put in a group, add the group before proceeding with the import, the group administration is located in "Admin" > "Groups and Departments".
Step 2a: Prepare your spreadsheet
The import utility accepts a CSV format file. Using the "Save As" option within your spreadsheet program should provide and option to save as a CSV. Note that any special formatting (bold or italic, for example) will be lost when converting to CSV. The instructions below outline the special formatting required to ensure a smooth import from Microsoft Excel, other programs should be similar:
Once the file has been saved as a CSV, use the "Upoad CSV" file field within Team-Logic to select the file. Then use form to select the column number corresponding to the data field.

Click the submit button and you will be prompted to review the data imported.
Enter or copy and paste your list into the text box. A valid list would look similar to the one below:
jsmith@example.com, hstevenson@example.com, annarob@example.com
Click the submit button and you will be prompted to review the data imported.
Step 3: Review and Import Data
At this final step you will also be able to associate the imported data with a group. After clicking the submit button, your data will be imported.
